22/02/2021Fit through the exam phase! Digital health week for students.
Another semester that is so different from what students imagine. A "normal" student life is out of the question. In addition to the uncertainties caused by the pandemic, everyday life is spent more or less sitting, staring at the screen, and social contacts and the associated exchange hardly take place anymore.
As part of a digital health week for students from March 01-05, 2021, the Student Health Management of RWTH in cooperation with other actors offers some events that focus on the mental health of students in this challenging time. Digital lectures and workshops of about 45 minutes duration will briefly provide some helpful tips and tricks that may offer some support to students learning at a distance. -
