There you can look up which documents you have to submit during the application phase, the stay abroad and after completing your studies abroad.

Before the Mobility
To apply for a RWTH worldwide cooperation, please apply exclusively in Super C via

You must also submit the following forms in PDF format to the REIFF International Office.

Learning Agreement (initially without signature of your faculty) |
| Grade table or Transcript of Records, available via Campus Office or RWTH online or at the Zentrales Prüfungsamt |
| Abitur certificate and - if applicable - Bachelor certificate |
| Letter of motivation comprising a maximum of one page |
| Proof of language skills in the language of the lessons, to be proved with a language or Abitur certificate with at least level B 1. This corresponds to five years of schooling in the case of an Abitur after the 12th grade and six years of schooling in the case of an Abitur after the 13th grade. In addition, please provide evidence of any knowledge of the national language. |

Every student who earns at least 54 credit points abroad, of which at least 24 are ETCS additional credits, can apply for the addition "with international Honors" before their stay. Further information can be found here .
During the Mobility

The Change Form must be submitted within one month of commencement of study to notify ALL changes to the study program. This serves as a basis for acknowledgement. |
After the Mobility

| Anerkennung | If you wish to have your academic achievements recognised as an additional or integrative achievement, the application for recognition of the achievements achieved abroad must be submitted as soon as possible after receiving the Transcript of Records from the host university, but no later than 6 weeks after the end of the study period abroad. The original recognition forms must be submitted. Here you will find all the information you need for recognition. |
| Transcript of Records | You must have your original Transcripts of Records with us at the REIFF International Office so that we can make a scan and a copy. The original will then be returned to you. |
| Certificate of Study Period abroad | We require a certificate from the host university confirming the duration of your stay abroad. The original document must be presented to the REIFF International Office once. As soon as we have made a scan and a copy, the original will be returned to you. |
| Anerkennung "Zusätzliche Leistungen" mit dem Zusatz "with International Honors" | For the addition "with International Honors", further documents must be submitted in order to recognise the additional services provided abroad. You can find more information on this under "After the stay abroad" here. |
