RWTH "Famos for Family" Award for Anke Naujokat
For the 16th time, RWTH Aachen University honored managers for their special commitment to balancing family, care and work. Employees were able to nominate their supervisors for the "Famos for Family" award, and a jury selected the winners.
We are delighted that Anke Naujokat is one of this year's award winners. During the award ceremony, Thomas Trännapp, permanent deputy to the RWTH Chancellor, quoted from the jury's verdict that "Prof. Naujokat particularly impressed the jury by the fact that in recent years, especially in terms of the additional challenges such as the Corona pandemic, the flood disaster and care shortages, she always had an open ear for the employees and showed a high degree of understanding for the different situations. Actively asking about the well-being of employees is a matter of course for Prof. Naujokat – the jury also finds this quite excellent."
