What is ERASMUS PLUS?
ERASMUS is the abbreviation for European Community Action Scheme for the Mobility of University Students.
The EU has established ERASMUS, in order to promote the mobility of European students with the aim that as many students as possible complete one period of their studies in another European country and in another European language.
This is to ensure that the university graduates are better qualified to move and to work in a Europe without borders.
ERASMUS PLUS is the current EU university program for the programgeneration from 2021 to 2028.
What is RWTH arch WELTWEIT?
RWTH arch WELTWEIT lists all universities with cooperations outside of Europe, to which students of the Faculty of Architecture may apply. The aim is, that as many students as possible complete a period of their studies abroad and in another language. This is to ensure that the university graduates are better qualified to move and to work in a Europe without borders. Apply for a place at one of our non-European universities within the deadline at International Office der RWTH .
What is a Freemover?
In case the university of your choice is not among the study programs offered by us, you can plan your stay abroad on your own as a socalled Freemover .
