Welcome! Laurens Bekemans is the new assistant professor of building construction and design as of March 2022. Bekemans is an architect and co-founder of the Brussels-based architectural firm BC architects & studies and BC Materials, a company that recycles construction site waste. From 2016 - 2017, he was a visiting lecturer at the German University of Technology (GUtech) in Oman and since 2013 he has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture at KULeuven, Belgium.
